On 29 November, President John Crowe welcomed 24 members and friends of G&DI to Queensland House, 392 Strand, London, to join with him in celebratory Christmas drinks. It was an informal festive occasion and a chance for friends to catch up, celebrat e and join in good companionship and lively conversation. President Crowe explained that as the year draws to a close, our hopes, endeavours and aspirations are now directed towards the challenging and fulfilling new year fast approaching. The President invited all members from around the world to join with him in promoting the ongoing work of G&DI.
