Eight members of the committee met in the impressive Boardroom of the Queensland Suite at the Australia Centre thanks to the generosity of Ken Smith, Agent General of Queensland.
They comprised two British, two Turkish, three French, and one New Zealander.
After completing the business all relaxed for a short time with wine, water, and light refreshments arranged by Malaysian life member, Lai See Chew.
